https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyV2tuE84FA The Gospel of Mark - an introduction by Paula Gooder (Part 1) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1tvW7t0WZY The Gospel of Mark - an introduction by Paula Gooder (Part …

Opinion: Blaming social unrest on Liberal Studies teachers won’t quell political extremism

(It is the first time I published in South China Morning Post. Here is the article about why it is dangerous for politicians to blame education and teachers for the mistake they made. I'm now posting the original version here, which is less reader-friendly.) Instead of bashing teachers, why don’t we think of what this … Continue reading Opinion: Blaming social unrest on Liberal Studies teachers won’t quell political extremism

To test or not to test? That’s not the question of TSA

Public fury over P3 TSA is symptomatic of the irredeemable ‘culture of fear’ that grips Hong Kong people in the age of anxiety. (This article was originally published in HKFP on 12 February 2017) Asking pupils as young as six to drill test prep till midnight obviously perverts the purpose of education, and even amounts … Continue reading To test or not to test?
